Florida Mortgage Refinance
Why is it crucial to find the lowest rate available when refinancing? Well, that is the entire goal of a refinance. The lower your new rate, the more money can be saved. While there are multiple ways to secure a mortgage refinance, the option favorited by most is the no cost refi, which allows a debtor to switch to a new mortgage of different terms/lower rates without being stuck with the fees associated with closing a new loan. This can save you thousands of dollars.
Home Loans in Florida
The loan types that are available in Florida are identical to one’s available elsewhere. The 30 year fixed rate mortgage is one of the most widely available mortgage loan types. This loan comes with a fixed interest rate, as the name implies. It is considered the most financially sound mortgage by many borrowers. If it’s affordable to them, some clients opt for the 15-year fixed option.
Another common loan type is the adjustable rate mortgage (ARM) loan. Other loan types include a jumbo loan, interest-only loan, balloon mortgage, or other specialized loan type. Loan Originators can help you decide if one of these loans fits your needs and the requirements of the program. Also, available to those who qualify, there are government backed loans, such as the FHA loan and the VA loan.
