Tina Alexiou is the Branch Manager at The Mortgage Firm in Port Orange and has been guiding clients through the mortgage process since 1999. A University of Illinois graduate and Certified Mortgage Advisor (CMA), she’s been a top producer since 2004 and is a Circle of Champion member.
Tina’s passion for clear communication stems from her own first home closing experience: “I remember how terrifying it was to sign papers I didn't fully understand. No one took the time to explain and I left feeling confused rather than reassured. That experience taught me how crucial it is for buyers to understand every step of the loan process.”
With a warm, straightforward, and hands-on approach, Tina ensures clients feel informed and confident from start to finish. Whether you're a first time buyer refinancing or investing, Tina is dedicated to making your mortgage journey transparent and stress-free.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and soaking up the Florida sunshine on her pool deck she values the lasting relationships she's built with families in Volusia and Flagler counties.

Sara has been part of the mortgage industry since 2001, bringing more than two decades of experience across a wide range of roles. She began her career as a receptionist and went on to become a loan processor and now serves as a licensed Loan Originator and Senior Production Manager—a role best described as a mortgage loan analyst. In this position, Sara works closely with the team to ensure every loan moves smoothly and efficiently from application through closing.
Originally born in New England, Sara moved to the Flagler/Volusia area as a teenager and proudly considers herself a Floridian. She has been a part of Tina’s team since the very beginning and values the collaborative, client-focused approach they bring to every transaction.
Outside of work, Sara enjoys spending time with her daughter, their cat Robin, and her daughter’s service dog, Joker.
Tanya Kelley has been dedicated to the finance and mortgage industry since 1997, bringing nearly three decades of experience and personalized service to her clients.
Originally from Lowell Massachusetts, Tanya relocated to Deltona, Florida in 1984 and has proudly called Central Florida home ever since. Since joining the Mortgage Firm in 2021, Tanya has continued guiding clients through the mortgage process with clarity, professionalism, and care.
Outside of work, Tanya enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter and is excited to become a first -time grandmother in June. When she’s not assisting clients, you’ll most often find her at home with her two dogs, Bella and Bodhi and her two cats Pepper and Pumpkin.
